Q: When will it arrive?
A. For items other than pre-order items, we usually ship within 6 days (excluding weekends and holidays). If we receive a large number of orders, it may take around 10 days. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email from the following domain with the shipping company and tracking number.

Q. I entered the wrong address.
A. Please contact us using the "Contact Form" and provide your order number and correct address.
Q. I want to cancel my order.
A. Cancellations before shipment are only possible if you contact us via the contact form or email. *This is only possible if you have permission to receive emails from our email address. If you do not contact us by email, this option will be invalid and cancellation will not be possible. Please be sure to allow emails from the following email address.

Q. Will there be a resale?
A. We are currently preparing for the resale of merchandise and the sale of new products. As soon as details are decided, they will be announced on social media such as YouTube and Instagram, so please check there.
Q: I haven't received an email after placing my order.
